Where are you located?
Our office and factory address is in Guangzhou, South of China, very near from Shenzhen and Hong Kong.
We are a direct manufacturer of signs with more than 350 professionals on 12,000 square meters of land, producing a wide range of signs.
We have spent a lot of efforts and formed a standardized system in supplier selection, production control, sales training, after-sales service, etc. You can try to rest assured to cooperate with LC Sign.

I would like to get a quote, what do I need to send you?
Three things are necessary for us to give you a quote:
1. Drawing or picture of your sign (ideally a vector drawing such as eps. cdr. dwg. etc).
2. The size of your sign.
3. The light effect (front lit, side lit, back lit or a combination of those?) Or you can choose the type from our catalog.
We will send you a quotation within 24 hours after having those information.

What is your standard lead time?
Depending on the type and quantity of ordered signs, we generally need about 7 business days to complete the production.
We use the DHL door to door delivery service by default, which need about 3-5 days for the delivery. So the lead time would be about 12 business days.
What is your guarantee?
Our signs have a 3-years warranty, so if a letter has any problems during this period we will send you a new one free of charge.
How to be your agent?
We are very cautious about accept someone as our agent.
We suggest starting with simple cooperation, having a deeper understanding between each other and then talking about becoming our agent is more feasible.
Can your signs fit for outdoor?
Our signs products are waterproof and weatherproof.
If you are concerned about this, please let us know the climate characteristics of your area, such as strong sunlight or heavy rain, so that we can provide targeted protection measures.
Design
Can l use a custom font?
Yes, you can use the custom font for your signage. Please send us the fonts file you need.
What kind of format of my logo works best?
We prefer a vector format design file with all fonts and objects converted to “curves” or “paths”, if possible.
Other file formats such as .jpg or .png are bitmap, which could not give us enough detail to know the exact cost, only could be used to know the ballpark price.
Can you match our PMS/Pantone colors?
Yes, we can match according to your needs.
Do you need a photo of the wall or building where the sign will be installed?
Yes, the photo helps us to know the surrounding and the building style better also helps us judge the best solutions for the installation.

When can I get the quote?
We are very proud to provide you with a timely and professional customize signs service.
Under normal circumstances you will receive our sales reply within one business day.
If it is a big signage case, such like have dozens of different signage item, it might need 2~3 business days or even longer, but we will try our best to give you the price soon.
I have found a lower price for the same product. Will you match it?
We are always looking for a balance between price and quality, in other words, we want to provide the most cost-effective products and services on the market.
In the actual business and production process, we strictly screen high-quality suppliers, strengthen the workshop safety production management, staff training and skill building, customer satisfaction rate and timely delivery rate and product return rate are the core indicators that we assess and care.
Therefore, we can not guarantee that we will reduce the price to the price of other products on the market, but we are willing to listen to your demands, convey the value of our products and services, and reach an effective communication and friendly cooperation with you.
Do you have wholesale price for signs company?
Yes, with the aim of win-win situation, we will provide preferential offer to professional companies who have cooperated with us for many times or have potential after evaluation.
You can contact your sales manager for details of the specific discount.
What is the validity period for quotation?
Considering the fluctuation of exchange rate, raw material price and labor cost, our quotation is usually valid for 30 days.
Payment
What's your payment term?
Our payment term is:
T/T or Credit Card or PayPal or Western Union.
50% deposit before production, balance before shipment.
Why do I must paying the deposit before production?
Our signage products are all customized, we need to pay the cost for the raw material and labor cost.
Paying a deposit helps to ensure that both parties honour the agreement of the offer to purchase.
Why was I asked to pay the import duty?
Most countries have import duties/tariffs.
If you don't want to deal with customs duties yourself, you can inform us of this when you contact us and we will quote you a total price (DDP, which means Delivered Duty Paid) including customs duties.
If you are familiar with these matters or wish to deal with them yourself, you can do so through the logistics company or by contacting the customs department of your country or region directly.
Is that possible to see a proof before I pay anything?
We will show you the sample signage case image and a free sketch.
If you need 3D render images, you would be ask to pay for the design cost.
Production
Would you support the proof when you finish production?
Yes, we will take photos for the final signage and send to you for your confirmation.
And we will ship the final signage to you only after receiving your confirmation.
Can I change the order during the production?
This cannot be done by default, as this will affect our production plan.
In special cases, after you have paid the losses, we can produce according to the new plan.
Can I cancel the order during the production?
Yes, once we have accepted your request, we will go ahead and suspend production, then evaluate the production schedule and cost consumption, then return the excess unused deposit fee to you.
Why do you have a 24-hours keep lighting test?
After the 24-hours keep lighting test, most signage issue would be found so that we can fix them.
Shipping
I'm not living in China, can l receive the signs?
Yes, we use the DHL/FedEx/UPS (We'll compare prices to save you logistics costs) door to door delivery by default, they will deliver the signage for you.
How do your products ship?
We use the DHL door to door delivery by default, also use the FedEx, UPS, and TNT etc.
Once your signage ships, we will send you the waybill number so that you can track the cargo.
Can I cancel the order during the production?
It depends on the delivery company, some addition cost might be charged by them.
Installation
Do you offer installation services?
We are signage manufacturers in China, do not have any office out of China, so very sorry if the installation job is out of China we can’t finish it.
But we do have some business partner in USA, Canada, Australia and Europe, if you can’t find the installer, we will try to help you to find one.
What documents would you provide for the installation?
We will provide:
1:1 layout template;
wiring diagram;
installation notes.
What accessories would you provide for the installation?
We will provide:
stud bolts & washers & nuts.
After-sales
How about your warranty policy?
We provide three years free replacement to non-human damaged signs.
We will produce and ship to customers for free.
